Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round steak
medium onion, cut in rings
bell pepper, cut in rings
soy sauce
garlic powder
1 can beef broth
1 can Campbell's mushroom gravy
seasoning salt
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim round steak (not tenderized) and cut into bite-size pieces.
Put into bowl with tight cover.
Add sliced onion and pepper.
Add garlic powder, seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Cover bowl; shake and put in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
