Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, defrosted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. pizza sauce
shredded pizza cheese
2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives (optional)
Preparation

Combine hash browns, salt, pepper and oil.
Pat into 9-inch greased pie plate to form shell.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 500\u00b0.
Brown beef and onion (if using fresh onion); pour off drippings.
Sprinkle in flour and rest of ingredients, except cheese.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Add cheese.
Return to oven to melt cheese.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
