Meatball Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 can beef broth
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 c. sliced carrots
    4 tsp. each: pepper, oregano and basil
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Form into small meatballs and brown.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add meatballs.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
