Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. butter
16 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. wide noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In skillet, brown ground beef.
Stir in tomato sauce and heat. Cook noodles as in directions; drain and mix with 1 teaspoon butter.
Combine cheeses, onion and pepper.
Butter 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Line with half of the noodles.
Cover with cheese mixture.
Add rest of noodles.
Pour melted butter over top, then pour meat mixture over all.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 8 to 10.
