Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thin sliced unpared zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic finely chopped
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown for 25 minutes.
    Cut in pieces 2 x 1-inch.
    Makes 4 dozen.
