Oreo Cookie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

20 oz. pkg. Oreos
3/4 stick oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. and 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
5 1/2 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Preparation

1st Layer:
Crush cookies (reserve 1 1/2 cups for top). Combine cookies with melted oleo.
Mix and press lightly into 9 x 13-inch pan and chill.
