Potato Casserole Americana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Beat sour cream and cream cheese in a large bowl until blended.
    Add hot potatoes; beat in milk and garlic, gradually beating until light and fluffy.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Spoon potatoes into a 2-quart casserole; dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until brown. Makes 10 servings.
