Our Favorite Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 1/4 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. whole-wheat flour
    6 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Stir together sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and the 3 cups water until dissolved.
    Now add the yeast and let set until yeast starts to work.
    Then add the salt, oil and flours.
    Mix well and knead until smooth.
    Put tea towel over bowl and stick in oven with pilot on.
    When about doubled in size, form loaves and lay on cookie sheet.
    Let rise again, then knead again; put in pans.
    Let rise and bake.
