Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sliced American cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Sauterne wine
Preparation

Melt cheese and butter in a medium saucepan.
Add wine.
Heat thoroughly.
Add crabmeat.
Serve warm with crackers.
