Chicken With Noodles Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. medium noodles
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper
buttered bread crumbs
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling salted water, until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Mix soup, milk and salt, heat, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stir until melted.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of the almonds and the bread crumbs to sprinkle on top.
Pour mixture over noodles.
Top with crumbs and almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
