Quick And Easy Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Bounty microwave paper towel
2 slices rye or pumpernickel bread, toasted
2 to 3 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
4 oz. shaved corned beef
1/4 c. well drained sauerkraut
1 slice Swiss cheese

Preparation

Makes one serving.
Spread dressing on one side of each slice of toast.
Top one slice of toast with corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
Cover with remaining toast, dressing side down. Place 1 Bounty microwave on counter with sandwich diagonally in center.
Fold as directed for Bounty sandwich fold.
Place folded side down on microwave-safe plate.
Microwave at 70% (Medium-high) for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
