Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced bananas
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed, undrained pineapple
Preparation
    In a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended, but do not beat.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 75 to 80 minutes. Cake will crack slightly on top.
    Cool in pan on a rack.
    Remove; serve plain or dusted with confectioners sugar.
