Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped raw tomato
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Jiffy baking mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Place in layers on bottom of greased 10-inch pie plate the zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese.
Over this pour this mixture blended well: milk, Jiffy baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
