German-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. green tomatoes
1 c. squash
1 c. okra
1 c. potatoes
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. bell pepper
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Toss all vegetables with equal amounts of flour and cornmeal. Fry as you would fry okra, using half shortening and half margarine.
