German-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green tomatoes
    1 c. squash
    1 c. okra
    1 c. potatoes
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Toss all vegetables with equal amounts of flour and cornmeal. Fry as you would fry okra, using half shortening and half margarine.
