Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cabbage
    2 mangoes
    3 grated carrots
    1 large onion
    celery seed
    salt to taste
    plenty of sugar
    Indian summer vinegar
    black pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar; then mix it into the cut slaw.
    Serve.
    Keeps for months in the icebox.
