Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. flour (whole wheat and white)
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar or honey
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Whip eggs in blender or with mixer 2 to 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and blend together for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Divide and pour into 2 well-greased pie plates.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes more. Butter; sprinkle with powdered sugar and squeeze lemon juice over all.
