Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces and cooked
1 1/2 tsp. orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation

Place the carrots in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan and add the marmalade, orange juice and horseradish.
Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until all liquid has evaporated and the carrots are glazed.
Serves 2.
