Fruit-Melon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed watermelon
    1 1/2 c. cubed honeydew melon
    1 1/2 c. cubed cantaloups
    1 c. blueberries
    2 c. sliced peaches
    1 c. shredded coconut (optional)
    2 c. diced apple
    2 c. fresh strawberries
    2 c. seedless grapes, blue
    1 c. seedless grapes, red
    1 small jar red or green cherries for garnish
Preparation
    Cut watermelon in half and scoop the edible portion and reserve for filling.
    Cut a scallop edge around the rind.
    Mix all of the fruits and melons except the
    cherries and fill the rind. If you like, you may
    garnish
    sprinkling
    the
    coconut over the fruits and spacing the cherries on top.
