Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 large can Pet milk
    3 small pkg. chocolate chips
    1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
    3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients.
    Bring this mixture to a boil and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add last three ingredients.
    Beat until it starts to thicken. Turn into well buttered 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Cool and cut into small squares.
