Pumpkin Bread Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. powdered sugar
    6 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes at high speed.
    Beat in sugar.
    Fold in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Fold both mixtures together. Put in greased jelly roll pan and top with ground nuts.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Place in dish towel dusted with powdered sugar.
    Roll up and allow to cool.
