Onion Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 tsp. onion salt (more if you like)
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (low-fat or light)
    1 can (3 1/2 oz.) French fried onions (crumbled or minced onion)
    1 egg
    1 c. milk (low-fat)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
    Fill 16 greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full, bake about 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
