Raspberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries (without juice)
Preparation
    Place raspberries in clean 16-ounce (1 pint) jar; add vinegar. Microwave on High approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
    Vinegar should reach 140\u00b0 to 150\u00b0.
