Pork Ribs With Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork ribs
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cans sauerkraut
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook ribs in 3 cups of water in large saucepan for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook
    for 15 minutes longer.
    Yields 6 servings, about 700 calories each.
