Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
1/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. (4 c.) confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. peppermint extract
food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Mix the ingredients together with hands.
Take a small amount and roll into long strips, about 3/4-inch in diameter on a powdered surface.
Slice with butter knife or use a cookie press. Let dry overnight.
