Reuben Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices rye bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1 1/2 lb. cooked corned beef
    2 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Arrange bread cubes on bottom.
    Coarsely shred corned beef.
    Layer meat over the bread.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk and pepper. Pour over the beef mixture.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake casserole covered for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until puffed and bubbly.
