Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled), coarsely grated
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, zucchini, nuts and vanilla.
Mix lightly, but well.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon which have been sifted together.
Mix until well blended. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
