Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) jar green chili peppers, drained and chopped
dash of garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown meat.
Add green onion.
Cook over low heat until tender but do not brown.
Add tomato sauce, chili peppers, Worcestershire and cheese.
Cook, stirring occasionally until all cheese is melted.
Stir in garlic powder.
Serve in a chafing dish over low heat.
Serve with corn chips.
Makes 1 quart.
