Swiss 'N Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bacon slices, cooked crisp
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    9-inch single pie crust, baked and cooled
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    bacon (crumbled), onion and Swiss cheese over crust. Beat together evaporated
    milk, eggs, salt and nutmeg. Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for
    35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center\tcomes
    out
    clean.
    Let
    set
    before serving.
