Pumpkin Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together pumpkin, sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into cupcake paper and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
