Cucumber Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 c. grated, peeled cucumber
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Pour
    boiling
    water
    over
    Jell-O
    and stir until dissolved. Add
    salt
    and
    white
    vinegar.
    Chill
    until mixture begins
    to thicken.
    Beat with mixer until mixture is foamy, 2 to
    3 minutes.
    Fold
    in
    or beat at low speed with mixer the sour cream
    and
    mayonnaise.
    Add
    cucumber and onion, mixing thoroughly.
    Place in well-greased 2 quart mold or 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Garnish with cucumber slices so guests won't mistake it for lime dessert.
    Serves 10.
