Chicken Breasts With Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boned chicken breasts, cut in serving pieces and skin removed
bread crumbs mixed with cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder
1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
1/2 c. chicken broth or bouillon cubes
sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
1/2 c. white wine
seedless green grapes
2 to 3 eggs
flour
Preparation

Dip cutlets in flour, beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
Fry. Remove cutlets and place in baking pan.
Saute onions and remove. Saute mushrooms and remove.
Mix wine, broth and onions.
Pour over cutlets.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Ten minutes before end of baking time, spread mushrooms and grapes over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes longer.
