Tabbouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. garlic vinegar
    6 green onions, sliced
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Place in an 8-cup glass measure 2 cups water.
    Microcook on High for 6 minutes until boils.
    Add 1 cup cracked wheat bulgur. Stand, covered, 1 hour.
    Drain excess liquid.
    Chill before serving.
