Crostata Italiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo or butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
fruit (apples, pears, peaches, pineapple, raisins)
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix ingredients for dough; reserve part for top crust.
Roll out dough and line a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put sliced apples, peaches, pears, pineapple and raisins over crust.
Sprinkle nuts over fruit.
Roll out remaining dough and cut into strips.
Crisscross strips over fruit filling.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
