Fudgy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. chopped pecans or flaked coconut
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine oats and pecans in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine sugar and cocoa in a medium saucepan.
Add milk, mixing well.
Add butter.
Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
