Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cherry jello
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cans sour, pitted cherries
    1/8 tsp. almond flavoring
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    7 ingredients, heat in saucepan until sugar has dissolved.
    Cream 1 1/4 cups sugar and butter;
    add flour and milk.
    Blend
    well.
    Pour
    in
    shallow
    baking
    dish, 9 x 13-inch. Spread evenly over bottom;
    pour cherry mixture over top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
