Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    4 onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. butter (oleo)
    8 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    8 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    Put broccoli, chicken bouillon, onion and salt in 2 quarts of water; cook until tender.
    A crock-pot works very well.
    Make a white sauce.
    Melt butter; stir in flour and add milk.
    Stir until thickened.
    Add in cream cheese (cut up in small chunks); stir until melted, then add broccoli.
