Cheesy New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 14 medium new potatoes
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and do not peel; slice into 1/4-inch slices. Cook in boiling water until done.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease long Pyrex casserole.
    Layer potatoes, cheese and bacon.
    Pour 1/2 of melted butter over.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with sprinkles of parsley and paprika.
    Bake for about 15 minutes.
