Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 small pkg. pistachio pudding
green food coloring (optional)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple slightly.
In medium bowl, combine pineapple, pudding, Cool Whip, marshmallows and walnuts.
Mix until all are well blended.
Green food coloring may be added to enhance the color.
May be served immediately or placed in refrigerator.
