Macaroni With Two Cheeses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan. Add garlic, onion and carrot. Saute 5 minutes.
    Stir in sauce, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Simmer 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
