Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple bits or crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed (1 c. is better)
Preparation
    Combine cheese and pineapple.
    Mix sugar, flour and juice. Stir into pineapple and cheese.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Mix crackers and margarine; put over dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This recipe goes good with ham.
