Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooked macaroni
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. tomato soup or 1 can
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in 2 quarts boiling water and 1 teaspoon salt. Blanch peppers 3 to 5 minutes after removing seeds.
    Combine meat and soup, etc.
    Fill the peppers with mixture and replace cap of the pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Top each pepper with a little of the soup and bake 10 minutes or until tender.
    Use only 1 cup of the soup in the pepper filling mixture.
    Save the rest for the final 10 minutes of the baking.
