Raisin Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
Slowly add flour, soda, powder and salt.
Mix all together and chill overnight.
Dust board with flour and roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut with round cutter and lay aside.
