Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini (no seeds)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir in zucchini, pineapple, flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and walnuts.
    Blend well.
