Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    2 c. frosted rice cereal
    1 qt. your favorite ice cream (slightly soft)
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and corn syrup in large mixing bowl.
    Stir until thoroughly combined.
    Add frosted rice cereal and mix until well coated.
    Using back of spoon, press mixture evenly and firmly around side and in bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
    Chill crust until set (approximately 15 minutes).
    Spoon ice cream into pie crust. Add chocolate chips on top if desired.
    Freeze until firm.
