Tropical Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water.
Drain pineapple and stir juice into gelatin.
Chill until partially set.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in pineapple, oranges and coconut.
Pour into mold and chill until firm.
