Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 zucchini, cut in chunks
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in chunks
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Pour oil in bottom of 8-inch baking dish.
    Add zucchini and Mozzarella cubes, salt and parsley.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
