Orange Flip (Energy Drink) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heaping Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 to 2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. wheat germ
1 to 2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. and 5 to 8 ice cubes
Preparation

Blend ingredients in a blender for 40 to 90 seconds until well beaten. Good for breakfast or as a pick-me-up between meals.
