Baked Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    4 (4 oz.) catfish or orange roughy fillets
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine the cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
    I put mine in a Ziploc to mix.
    In a bowl, beat egg and milk.
    Dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until flaky.
