Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamed low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. carrot, finely grated
    2 tsp. onion, finely grated
    1 tsp. green pepper, finely grated
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except yogurt, until smooth.
    Fold in yogurt.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve as a dip with a variety of raw vegetables. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
