1 can crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
Preparation

Cool sweet potatoes and drain.
Cream with sugar, butter and vanilla.
Make thick.
Roll around marshmallow and roll in coconut. Bake until brown.
